Describe the organization’s experience and capacity to carry out the proposed work. 500 word limit.

Describe the market to be served by this initiative and any related market information that may inform the work, or the policy goal(s) and current environment. How does this initiative fit in with your organization’s mission and strategic goals? What is the preliminary timeline for the project, and what are its desired outcomes?
