Using a dynamic tool for researchers, analysts, policymakers, and practitioners, the DRC's data and rankings can now be customized. Any combination of the 67 measures can be cross referenced with any combination of states. The comparative data sets lend themselves to the analysis of targeted issues.

Compare States and Measures

To interactively search the 2007 DRC database, select one or more measures and one or more states. To make multiple selections, press and hold the "CTRL"key. When finished, click the "Compare by Measures" or the "Compare by [Sub] Indexes" button to view the data.

The "Compare by Measures" option includes the 15 trend indicators. As the trend indicators are not organized into subindexes, they are not included in the "Compare by [Sub]Indexes" function.
